Tim Zera

President

Tim is President of Zera Construction and brings over 26 years of experience in concrete restoration.

Following his B.A. in Business Management from National Louis University, Tim served as project assistant on retail construction projects for the Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company, including ground-up construction for Montgomery Ward.

The team at Zera is extremely dedicated and take a true sense of pride in their work.

Tim became VP Operations and Project Manager with Zera Construction in 2000, with responsibility for commercial and institutional restoration projects ranging in size from $30,000 to $10 million. Tim specializes in getting all projects done on-time and within budget, and he welcomes the most difficult concrete restoration projects his clients can offer. Nothing scares Tim.

Today, Tim oversees all business development, concrete investigation services and operations of the company, and occasionally manages projects directly. Tim’s favorite aspect of Zera Construction is how they promote from within and he is very proud how this translates to effectively run projects in the field. The University of Notre Dame was Tim’s favorite project, because of the enormous challenge of getting all work done before the season began, and because this has been Zera Construction’s largest project to date.
